These are sent on request rather than published for download, so that what you receive matches the models and configuration your project actually uses.

Information we need from your design
To propose a configuration and issue drawings, we need:
- Shower area dimensions — and the ceiling dimensions available for the top spray
- Ceiling construction — type, void depth available, and how the ceiling is accessed for service
- Number of sets, and whether they vary by room type
- Finish — Chrome is standard; Black, Rose Gold, Brush Grey, Gold and Brush Gold are project options
- Water functions you want — rain, waterfall, rain curtain and others vary by series
- Whether the music series is required
- Which lighting control, and where the control sits on the wall
The earlier the control position and the ceiling void are settled, the fewer changes the ceiling trade has to absorb later.

When drawings are issued
Installation drawings are issued after the series, model, controller and any paid options are confirmed — not before.
That order matters on a recessed product. Reserved openings, pipe runs and the control position all follow from the configuration, so a drawing issued against an unconfirmed selection would have to be reissued.
Reserved openings and installation dimensions are confirmed per project. We do not publish opening sizes for the current range, because the dimensions printed in the catalogue are body dimensions rather than ceiling openings — cutting to those figures would leave the opening undersized.
04 / For Designers
Ordering as a design firm
Design practices can buy directly from us as a B2B customer. The terms are the same as for any project buyer:
- 5 sets minimum per order, series can be mixed
- Configuration fixed, then drawings confirmed, then PI
- 30% deposit, balance before shipment
- About 15–25 days production, from PI confirmation and receipt of the deposit
- EXW Foshan by default; FOB, CIF and DDP confirmed per order
- Online installation guidance; we do not carry out on-site installation
