Project Ordering Process: From Configuration to Delivery

Tell us as much as you know at this stage:

• Project type and location — hotel, boutique stay or spa club, and the country
• Shower area dimensions and ceiling construction
• Number of sets
• Series or top spray size, if you have a preference
• Finish — Chrome is standard; five further finishes are available as project options
• Whether you need the music series
• Which lighting control you want
• Whether you want side sprays or a bottom spout

You do not need all of it to start. We reply within 1 business day and work through whatever is still open.

Every set is supplied complete: a ceiling top spray, a valve and a hand shower. Single top sprays are not sold separately.

At this step we settle:

• Series and top spray size
• Valve type — thermostatic or hot-cold, medium flow or large flow
• Lighting control — the 8-key controller is standard; wireless wall panel, wired wall panel and Wi-Fi app lighting control are paid upgrades and are listed separately on the quotation
• Whether the set is from the music series
• Finish — Chrome standard, or Black, Rose Gold, Brush Grey, Gold or Brush Gold as a project option
• Paid options — side sprays and a bottom spout, on compatible models only

Agree options here. Later changes require revised drawings, pricing and lead-time confirmation.

Once the configuration is fixed, we issue installation drawings for the models in your order. Your side confirms them against the ceiling design before the order proceeds.

Reserved openings, pipe runs and the control position all depend on the model and the finished configuration, so the drawings are issued per project rather than taken from a catalogue.

We do not publish prices. Quotations are issued per project, against the confirmed configuration and quantity.

The proforma invoice sets out at least:

• Buyer details
• Model numbers and quantities
• What is standard and what is a paid option
• Finish
• Controller type
• Unit price and total
• Payment terms
• Lead time
• Trade term
• Delivery details

Check the PI against your confirmed drawings before signing — it is the document the production order is built from.

• 30% deposit on confirmation of the PI. The balance is settled before shipment.
• Production takes about 15–25 days, counted from the date the PI is confirmed and the deposit is received — not from the date of first enquiry.
• That period covers production only. Shipping, customs clearance and installation are not included.
• Default trade term is EXW Foshan. FOB, CIF and DDP are confirmed per order.
• Payment arrangements other than the standard terms need separate approval before the PI is issued.

Installation guidance. We provide installation drawings, and online guidance from shipment through to the installation stage. We do not carry out on-site installation or commissioning — your contractor installs, and we support them remotely.

Warranty. Products carry a 1-year warranty for overseas orders, running from delivery or shipment as set out in the PI. Where a contract specifies otherwise, the contract applies.

Design life is not a warranty period. The overseas warranty is one year, subject to the terms in the PI; it is not a 20-year warranty.

• Minimum order is 5 sets per order.
• You can mix series within the same order — the minimum applies to the order, not to each series.
• Each set is a complete unit. Components are not sold individually, and single top sprays are not sold on their own.
